Club members gather around the feedpoint of Bob's K9AY design receiving
loop antenna array. Bob wore heavy boots to protect against chiggers.

One of the towers at the W9BF station has a Moseley two-element 40 meter
yagi and a Force 12 C31XR tribander for 20 meters, 15 meters, and
10 meters.

The property is on a cliff above the South San Gabriel River, with a
great horizon to the north.

This 70' tall crankup tower supports a Cushcraft A3WS tribander for 30,
17, and 12 meters, and a Cushcraft A50-5S for six meters.
Jim George N3BB inspects the base of one of Bob's towers, a large crankup
model.
Bob points out the wireless ISP antennas on the smaller of his two
towers. This tower is also shunt-fed as a vertical radiator on
160 meters.
A large air variable capacitor at the base of the tower is used to tune
it for operation on 160 meters.
Inside the station, Bob describes his collection of radios, amplifiers,
and station accessories.
