City of Taylor

In the City of Taylor, antenna regulations are part of the Zoning Ordinance. The only relevant section is §3.3.7, "Supplementary Use Regulations: Communications Towers". The language used in this ordinance is very broad and may be in conflict with FCC Memorandum Opinion and Order PRB-1 and Texas state law.

3.3.7  Communication Towers

The City reserves the right to restrict location and height of any 
antenna in any district.
