City of Marble Falls
In the City of Marble Falls, antenna regulations are part of the
City Ordinances.
The only relevant section is §922,
"Accessory uses within residential districts",
which merely designates radio antennas as a suitable accessory use within
a residential district.
Residential use types include the following accessory uses, activities and
structures:
A. Residential uses:
1. Private detached garages.
2. Recreational activities and facilities for use by residences.
3. Playhouses, patios, cabanas, porches, gazebos and incidental
household storage buildings.
4. Radio and television antennas.
5. Solar collectors.
